Privacy & Cookie Notice
Math House Academy is based in Vancouver, British Columbia. This notice explains what this website stores on your device, what we measure, and what happens to the information families send us.

Cookies and similar technologies
We use two kinds of storage on this site.
- Essential storage. Small values kept in your browser so the site works — for example remembering that you have dismissed the cookie notice, and keeping you signed in to the question bank if you have an account. The site cannot function properly without these.
- Advertising measurement. We use Google Ads conversion tracking (tag
AW-18136448551), supplied by Google. It tells us whether a visit followed one of our advertisements so we can judge whether our advertising is worth the money. Google sets cookies ongoogle.comanddoubleclick.netfor this purpose.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use these tools to build advertising profiles of children.
Your choices
You can refuse or remove cookies at any time:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Essential storage may be blocked too, in which case parts of the site may stop working.
- Turn off personalised Google advertising at myadcenter.google.com.
- Use your browser's "Do Not Track" or tracking-protection features.
Information you send us
When you complete an inquiry form or create a question bank account, we collect only what we need to reply and to teach: name, email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about the student's grade, school, and goals.
We use it to answer your inquiry, to run the account, and to keep records our accountant and the relevant authorities require. We keep it for as long as we have a relationship with your family plus the period Canadian record-keeping rules require, and then delete it.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to administrative@mathhouseacademy.com and we will respond within 30 days, as PIPEDA requires.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
